At Stiff Cock Coffee, we are committed to delivering the highest quality coffee grounds and beans to our customers. We take pride in our fresh, bold roasts and stand behind our products. However, due to the perishable nature of coffee, our refund policy is strictly limited.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • • The coffee grounds or beans are moldy upon receipt.
  • • The coffee grounds or beans are unfresh (stale, lacking aroma, or showing clear signs of degradation such as off odors, clumping, or loss of oils).

Non-Refundable Situations

  • • Change of mind or personal taste preferences (“I didn’t like the flavor”)
  • • Allergic reactions or dietary issues
  • • Products opened, partially used, or stored improperly
  • • Shipping delays or damage after delivery
  • • Sale items, subscription orders, or third-party purchases

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. Provide order number, issue description, and clear photos.
  4. If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Important Notes

  • • Coffee is roasted fresh to order; proper storage is required.
  • • Store in a cool, dark, airtight container for best freshness.
  • • Subscription orders follow the same refund policy.
  • • Policy may change at any time.
